In short

Privacy at a glance

  • We collect only the information needed to operate our website and respond to you.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to theitoons.com and the digital design, development, branding, and related services provided by TheIToons (“TheIToons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or choosing to share information with us, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, company name, project details, and the content of messages submitted through our contact or inquiry forms.
  • Newsletter information. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and your subscription status.
  • Technical and usage information. When you visit the site, we may receive your IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Project and transaction information. If you become a client, we may collect information needed to prepare a proposal, perform our services, communicate about the project, and maintain business and payment records. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by this marketing website.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and assess potential projects;
  • provide, support, and improve our services;
  • send newsletters or marketing messages you have chosen to receive;
  • understand site usage and improve performance, content, and user experience;
  • prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, and protect our systems;
  • maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records; and
  • comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, our legal basis may be your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, communications, payment processing, security, and other business operations. They may use the information only to provide services to us and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers, or insurers when reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
  • A successor organization as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use browser storage and similar technologies for essential site functions, such as remembering your light or dark theme preference. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic and usage. Google may set or read cookies and receive technical usage information as described in Google's own privacy materials.

You can restrict or delete cookies using your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking browser storage may prevent some preferences from being remembered.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it where deletion is not immediately possible.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Subject to local law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in that email or by contacting us.

To make a privacy request, email us at prerak@theitoons.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

8. International data transfers

TheIToons is based in India and works with service providers that may process information in India, the United States, or other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Third-party services and links

Our site may link to or embed third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of the page. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable channel.
